Creepy ass motherfucker midget necromorphs that have claws that are like, 12 inches, and come in packs of 20.
And there was a chapel in the background, before isaac got raped by like, 5 midgets.
..And also isaac has like, some kind of dementia and it gets worse throughout the game because of the Marker.

i think the midgets are supposed to be kids, which just adds to the scariness :O
